Karen Lynn Brady

Karen Lynn Brady is an experienced estate and business planning attorney with more than three decades of legal practice. She advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, probate, business succession, and legacy planning. As founder of Colorado Estate Planning Law Center, Karen focuses on understanding each client’s goals to design customized plans that protect assets, support business continuity, and provide long-term financial and legal stability.

Karen earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, graduating magna cum laude and earning membership in the Order of the Coif. She holds a B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude. Her academic achievements reflect a strong foundation in legal analysis, ethics, and public policy, which support her thoughtful and strategic approach to estate and business planning matters.

Karen’s career includes service as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and as a writing instructor at the University of Denver Law School. She is an Accredited Estate Planner and holds advanced certifications as a Wealth Strategies Planner and Master Advisor. In addition to client representation, she regularly teaches and lectures other professionals on advanced estate, tax, and business planning topics.
