Mr. Brynteson earned his B.S. from Oral Roberts University in 1987, graduating cum laude. He later completed his J.D. at the University of Colorado School of Law in 1991. During law school, he gained valuable experience by clerking with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division, which helped build a strong foundation in federal law and legal analysis.

Mr. Brynteson, after law school, began his legal career with the Office of the District Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, he tried cases before the U.S. Tax Court, advised the IRS on tax law and collection issues, and served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in Bankruptcy Court. This experience gave him in-depth knowledge of tax controversies and government procedures.

Mr. Brynteson later applied his legal and business skills in private enterprise by helping to manage a multi-generational family business. This period strengthened his understanding of real-world business challenges, succession planning, and growth strategy. He eventually returned to full-time legal practice, where he applies both legal training and business insight.
