Alicia Johnson

Alicia Johnson is a partner and Nevada attorney dedicated to serving individuals, families, and small businesses throughout Northern Nevada. Born and raised in Reno, she brings a strong understanding of the local community and a practical, experience-based approach to legal problem-solving across multiple practice areas.

Alicia earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, she gained hands-on experience working with small businesses, a boutique employment litigation firm, and a family law practice, building a well-rounded foundation in both advocacy and client-focused legal service.

After graduating, Alicia practiced law for more than two years in Kirkland, Washington, focusing on real estate, business law, and estate planning. This early experience enabled her to develop strong transactional and advisory skills while representing clients in matters that required careful planning and detailed legal analysis.

In 2007, Alicia returned to Reno to be closer to family and to serve her hometown. Since then, she has practiced throughout Northern Nevada, representing clients in business law, real estate matters, family law, wills, trusts, probate, and litigation, while addressing the diverse legal needs of individuals and growing enterprises.

In 2013, Alicia founded Johnson Law Practice to provide accessible, responsive legal services tailored to small businesses and families. Her practice emphasizes clear communication, practical solutions, and personalized attention, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their legal matters.
