Karen A. Monsen

Karen A. Monsen is a partner at Caldwell Clark Fanucchi & Finlayson PLLC, with over two decades of experience in employment law and commercial litigation. Known for her expertise in electronic discovery and cybersecurity, Karen is a sought-after advisor and frequent speaker on legal and compliance issues.

Karen earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2000, following her graduation with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She is licensed to practice in Texas, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. Early in her legal career, she clerked for Judge Bea Ann Smith of the Texas Third Court of Appeals.
