He later attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor and a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation in 2020. During his time there, he was recognized as a Conwell Scholar, led the Political and Civil Rights Society as President and Articles Editor, and advanced to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Quarterfinals in the 2020 Jessup International Law Moot Court competition.

Kareen’s early professional experience includes working with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor. Through these internships, he contributed to cases concerning habeas corpus, SSI disability, and employment law. These experiences allowed him to deepen his knowledge of federal court practice and develop the meticulous attention to detail that defines his work today.
