Kara M. Gleckler

Kara earned her B.S. from Brigham Young University, UT, in 2003, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was Valedictorian of the College of Health and Human Performance. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, ID, in 2007, graduating first in her law school class. She received the Alumni Award of Excellence for her involvement and contributions to the law school community. She was a published author and editor of the Idaho Law Review. She also earned CALI awards for excellence in Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, Family Law, Contracts, and Constitutional Law. During law school, she served as President of the Law Students for Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2007.

Kara served as a law clerk for the Idaho Court of Appeals and for the Honorable Judge Bradbury of the Second Judicial District Court before co-founding Canyon River Law in 2018. She also worked as a junior partner at Worst, Fitzgerald & Stover, PLLC. These roles gave her valuable experience in both appellate and trial-level matters, as well as in complex civil litigation and transactional work.
