Brandon Voelker

Brandon Voelker is a seasoned attorney with a broad and diverse legal practice. Since beginning his career in 1999, he has focused on helping individuals, businesses, and municipalities resolve complex legal matters. His work ranges from drafting straightforward estate planning documents to leading high-stakes, multimillion-dollar class actions. He has handled workers’ compensation claims, bankruptcy cases, personal injury matters, family lawsuits and disputes, and general civil litigation, always working to protect his clients’ rights and interests at Gatlin Voelker, PLLC.

Brandon earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his B.S. in History and Political Science from the University of Kentucky. His academic training built a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and advocacy. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 1999 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Brandon gained valuable courtroom experience as an Assistant Kenton County Attorney early in his career. This role allowed him to develop strong trial skills and a deep understanding of municipal law. His prosecutorial experience provided him with hands-on litigation training that continues to benefit his clients today. He later expanded his practice to include private representation, assisting individuals with a wide range of legal matters. His leadership in class action litigation, including representing victims in the widely known Erpenbeck scandal, reflects his ability to manage complex cases with diligence and focus.

Brandon Voelker is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. He has been selected to Super Lawyers and serves on the Board of Directors for Kentucky Employer’s Mutual Insurance Company. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to providing reliable legal guidance and strong advocacy.
