Branden Huckstep

Branden Huckstep is a dedicated personal injury lawyer at The Advocates Injury Attorneys serving clients across Idaho. He brings years of experience in civil litigation and focuses on helping individuals injured by the negligence of others. Before joining The Advocates Injury Attorneys, he built a strong legal career representing clients in business, construction, real estate, landlord-tenant, and family law. This broad background allows him to approach personal injury cases with a deep understanding of legal strategy and case preparation. He works closely with clients to protect their rights and pursue fair compensation for their injuries, medical costs, lost wages, and other damages.

Branden earned his B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University. He later received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, he gained valuable hands-on experience as a law clerk for an immigration and personal injury practice in the Boise area. This early exposure to personal injury law helped shape his commitment to advocating for injured clients.

Branden continued to strengthen his litigation skills after law school. He worked as a Law Clerk at Litster Frost Injury Lawyers from 2016 to 2018. He then practiced at Johnson May, PLLC from 2018 to 2022, where he handled a wide range of civil cases. He is admitted to practice in the State of Idaho and before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Branden Huckstep is also a member of the Idaho Bar Association and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. Today, he focuses on guiding injury victims through the legal process with clear communication, strong advocacy, and careful attention to detail.
