K. Brock Bailey

Brock Bailey is Managing Partner of Bracewell LLP’s Dallas office and focuses on complex real estate matters. He represents developers, owners, borrowers, and lenders in major commercial and industrial projects. He guides clients through acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and disposition transactions across Texas and nationwide.

Bailey earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1992. His education supports his strong understanding of business and real estate transactions.

Bailey counsels clients on office, healthcare, hospitality, stadium, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and retail projects. He handles construction finance, infrastructure development, leasing, and corporate relocations. He also advises on the formation and dissolution of partnerships, joint ventures, and corporations tied to real estate investments.

Bailey represents borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured credit transactions, including project finance, letters of credit, working capital facilities, and restructuring financings. His experience includes large office towers, mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, senior living facilities, and convention center projects.
