Justo González

Justo González is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer and a shareholder at Stokes Lawrence, P.S., who helps employers handle complex intellectual property law disputes with confidence. Justo earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2002, where he developed the research, writing, and advocacy skills needed for complex litigation. Justo helped defend an online retailer in a federal bench trial involving trademark infringement and unfair competition, winning judgment on all counts. He also secured summary judgment for agricultural clients facing national origin discrimination and hostile work environment claims, with fees and costs awarded to the defense. In another major matter, he won a unanimous defense jury verdict for a large apple grower in a multi-claimant EEOC class action after trial.
