Kimberly Q. Parker is a partner who focuses on employment litigation in state and federal courts. She represents employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and noncompete agreements, providing clear guidance and strong advocacy in complex workplace matters.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1993, where she served as Business Symposium Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1990.

Kimberly represents employers before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Departments of Labor, and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. She also advises clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, and compliance with federal and state employment laws with practical and effective legal solutions.

Kimberly regularly handles employment disputes and provides counseling on workplace issues.
