Allison R. Seiler

Allison R. Seiler is an associate at Jacobsen Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook, P.C., L.L.O. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, agriculture law, business formation, real estate matters, and water and natural resources. She works closely with individuals, families, and agricultural clients to address legal and financial planning needs.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor, with High Distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2021. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Business  Administration, summa cum laude, from Hastings College in 2018, with minors in economics and political science.

Allison grew up on a farm near Henderson, Nebraska, where she developed a strong connection to agriculture. This background shaped her interest in farm and ranch succession planning, helping agricultural families create estate plans that protect land, businesses, and long-standing family operations.

Allison understands that farm and ranch succession planning often presents unique challenges. She works closely with clients to develop estate and transition plans tailored to their goals, addressing issues such as rising agricultural land values, family relationships, and long-term management of farm assets.

Allison has also represented clients involved in family disputes over farm and ranch property when estate plans were missing or poorly drafted. These experiences help her guide clients in creating clear plans that reduce conflict and protect family relationships.

Allison is admitted to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers, Business Law, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law, and Agricultural Law sections.

Allison R. Seiler is active in the Kearney community. She serves on the Leadership Kearney and Kearney Area Children’s Museum Boards and is involved with local professional and community organizations.
