Justin J. McCarthy

Justin J. McCarthy is a Hailey criminal defense lawyer at J. McCarthy Law, PLLC, where he serves Southern and Central Idaho. He represents clients facing felony, misdemeanor, driving under the influence, drug possession, battery, protection order, and post-conviction matters. Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to practice in Florida in 2010 and Idaho in 2011. He also served as Blaine County’s first Chief Public Defender, where he organized and managed the office.
