Justin E. D. Daily

Justin E. D. Daily is a co-founding partner of Daily Aljian LLP. With years of experience in business litigation, employment law, and personal injury claims, he has successfully represented clients throughout California, including Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.

As an experienced trial attorney, Justin is known for his problem-solving skills and strategic legal approach. His ability to handle complex cases has earned him recognition in the legal community, including his selection as a Southern California Super Lawyer since 2015.

Justin earned his B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, he was an active member of the university’s rowing team, competing in local and international events. He later obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Additionally, he attended summer courses at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he studied International Contracts and International Arbitration. During law school, he was a member of the International Law Society. He served as Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.

Before co-founding Daily Aljian LLP, Justin built his litigation experience at Walton & Associates in San Diego and as a Deputy Orange County District Attorney in the highly regarded Trial Attorney Partnership Program. There, he gained hands-on courtroom experience prosecuting criminal cases. Today, he leverages that trial-tested background, dedication to justice, and aggressive advocacy to help clients secure favorable results in complex legal disputes.

Justin E. D. Daily is admitted to practice in all California courts. It is an active member of professional organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
