Justin D. Pelkey

Justin D. Pelkey is a dedicated family law attorney practicing throughout central Indiana. His legal focus includes complex family matters such as divorce, custody disputes, paternity actions, guardianships, and adoption. He is also trained as a Guardian Ad Litem and brings strong advocacy both in and out of the courtroom.

Justin earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Southern Indiana in 2017. During his time there, he served on the Senior Leadership Committee and Dean’s Advisory Council and took part in Moot Court. Justin then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he joined the Dean’s Tutorial Society and engaged in the Trial Practice program.

With several years of hands-on experience, Justin has represented clients through trial, mediation, and settlement negotiations. He also manages post-decree modifications, helping clients adjust child support, custody, or spousal maintenance agreements as their needs evolve.

Justin’s professional affiliations include membership in the Indianapolis Bar Association since 2020, where he stays updated on legal developments and continues to refine his litigation skills.
