Michelle’s primary focus is on high-stakes family law issues, including high-conflict divorce, complex asset division, and domestic violence cases.
Michelle’s legal journey is grounded in rigorous academic achievement. She earned her J.D. with honors from Seattle University School of Law, focusing on family and criminal law. She holds a master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Law and Technology from Arizona State University. She also earned undergraduate degrees in politics and philosophy from New York University and Seattle University.
Michelle began her legal career as a public defender and later served as a Kitsap County Superior Court staff attorney. These early experiences gave her a courtroom foundation and shaped her practical, strategic approach. In 2013, she founded Dellino Family Law Group, combining litigation strength with compassion to deliver tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs.
Michelle’s work spans a wide array of practice areas, such as divorce, parenting plans, prenuptial agreements, spousal maintenance, and LGBTQIA+ family law.
