About
Justin A. Daraie is an attorney with Long Reimer Winegar LLP in Jackson, Wyoming. He assists clients with civil litigation involving real estate, contract disputes, oil and gas law, and trust and estate administration. He received his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2010, where he was published in the Wyoming Law Review and served as student director of the law school’s criminal prosecution clinic. He is admitted in Wyoming and Colorado. His academic experience supports a practice involving legal writing, appellate briefing, negotiation, and analysis of complex property, contract, and governmental issues.
Daraie previously worked for the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office in several roles. He defended civil lawsuits against government officials and peace officers, handled criminal appeals before the Wyoming Supreme Court, and advised state agencies including the Board of Land Commissioners and State Loan and Investment Board. Since joining his current firm in 2019, he has tried cases before juries and judges in state and federal court, argued appeals before the Tenth Circuit, and briefed an appeal to the US Supreme Court.
Justin A. Daraie brings government, trial, appellate, and transactional experience to civil matters based in Jackson. His work spans real estate, contracts, oil and gas, trusts and estates, leases, easements, and related negotiations.
