About
Isaiah R. Gross is an attorney at Stelting & Gross, LLC in Jackson, Wyoming, where he focuses on civil litigation. He represents individuals, families, and businesses in construction disputes, complex civil litigation, property and land use matters, homeowner association disputes, trust and estate litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and business transactions and services. He began his legal career in criminal defense and family law before transitioning to civil litigation. He also continues to serve as a Guardian ad Litem for children and adults.
Gross earned a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2014 and a B.S. from the University of Wyoming in 2006. He became a member of the Wyoming State Bar and was admitted to the US District Court for the District of Wyoming in 2014. During law school, he served as a student representative and participated on the faculty Promotion and Tenure Committee. His education and early service activities support a practice centered on advocacy, negotiation, client counseling, and contested civil matters.
Gross works on construction, property, land use, trust, contract, and business matters that can require both litigation and preventive counseling. His current firm describes a practice serving individuals, families, and businesses across disputes and transactions. His earlier criminal and family law experience broadens his familiarity with courtroom advocacy and sensitive client matters, while his Guardian ad Litem work involves independent representation for vulnerable clients. He applies that range of experience to civil disputes and legal problems involving property, contracts, businesses, and family interests.
Isaiah R. Gross is involved in Wyoming professional and community organizations, including the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and Wyoming State Bar Young Lawyers Section, and he previously served as Treasurer of the Albany County Bar Association. His service has included volunteer legal assistance and work with Special Olympics. His current practice remains focused on helping clients navigate difficult civil disputes and transactions. He combines litigation experience with contract and business work to address legal issues before, during, and after formal court proceedings.
