Judith A. Perritano

Judith A. Perritano is a founding partner of Pierce Davis & Perritano LLP and a highly accomplished litigator with more than 30 years of experience. She focuses her practice on defending complex, high-risk cases involving product liability, toxic torts, asbestos exposure, and general negligence. Ms. Perritano is known for her strategic litigation skills, effective communication, and proven ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Ms. Perritano earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Clark University. Her education laid the groundwork for a distinguished career in litigation, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of technical, regulatory, and scientific issues. Her early experience at Morrison, Mahoney & Miller, where she became a partner in 1995, shaped her exceptional advocacy and case management skills.

Over her career, Ms. Perritano has served as lead and coordinating counsel for national asbestos litigation, managing discovery, expert development, and trial preparation in state and federal courts. She has successfully defended manufacturers, distributors, and corporations in cases involving toxic exposure, product liability, and catastrophic injury.
