Judah A. Druck is a Partner at Maslon LLP who represents corporate and individual policyholders in insurance coverage and complex business lawsuits and disputes. His insurance work includes product liability, environmental and toxic tort claims, directors and officers liability, first-party property loss, business interruption, cybercrime, and broker negligence. He also maintains a commercial litigation practice involving federal appeals, medical device manufacturers, class actions, and disputes under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Judah earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2010 and his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2013. At Cornell, he served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review and as managing editor of the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin. He also completed a judicial externship with Judge William J. Martini of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Judah practiced in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP before joining Maslon. His work at Maslon includes advising policyholders on insurance recovery, litigating coverage disputes, and handling broader commercial matters across multiple industries. He has represented clients in state and federal courts and in appellate proceedings, with experience addressing property loss, business interruption, professional liability, shareholder disputes, and other complex business and insurance issues.

Judah A. Druck is admitted in Minnesota and New York, along with several federal trial and appellate courts. He co-chairs the Additional Insureds Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee and has authored articles, deskbook chapters, and CLE materials on insurance topics. He also provides pro bono representation through organizations including The Advocates for Human Rights and the Tubman Pro Bono Safety Project. His practice combines analysis, litigation strategy, and appellate advocacy.
