Joshua P. Wunderlich

Joshua P. Wunderlich is an associate attorney at Cornerstone Law Firm, where he focuses on employment law, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. He represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated, harassed, or discriminated against, as well as individuals injured in car accidents, medical malpractice, or due to defective products. His client-centered approach ensures workers and injury victims receive strong, informed advocacy.

Mr. Wunderlich earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2011 and holds a B.A. from the University of Kansas, earned in 2004. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Nebraska, and in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for Kansas, Nebraska, and the Western District of Missouri, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Cornerstone Law Firm, Mr. Wunderlich practiced law in western Nebraska, where he handled a wide range of personal injury and employment matters. Prior to law school, he worked as a lab technician at a premier cancer research facility in Kansas City. His legal and scientific background provides him with a unique perspective in handling complex injury and employment-related claims.
