Brian earned his J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville. While in law school, he was a member of the Brandeis Law Journal from 2005 to 2006. He also earned a B.A. in English from the University of Kentucky. Brian, over the years, has served in several important legal roles. He was a Circuit Judge for Kentucky’s 14th Judicial Circuit and previously worked as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, Assistant Bourbon County Attorney, and Assistant Harrison County Attorney.
