Joshua Aprile

Attorney Joshua Aprile has devoted his career to defending individuals and families in criminal, immigration, and family law matters. Practicing throughout southeast Michigan and across the country, he has guided clients through some of the most complex and stressful challenges of their lives. Joshua began his academic path at Grand Valley State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government in 2011. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Wayne State University Law School, graduating in 2014.

Joshua earned his legal credentials through admission to the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also admitted before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, which allows him to represent clients in immigration courts nationwide. His bar admissions demonstrate a strong foundation for handling cases in both state and federal jurisdictions.

Joshua has built extensive experience in criminal law, representing defendants against serious charges that could affect their freedom, employment, and immigration status. He helps clients understand their constitutional protections under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments while ensuring they do not face the system alone.
