Kirk M. Tarman

Kirk Tarman is a criminal defense attorney with more than 25 years of courtroom and jury trial experience. He leads The Law Offices of Kirk Tarman & Associates and represents clients facing DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, assault, theft, gun charges, probation violations, sex crimes, white collar matters, and serious felonies. Kirk personally oversees cases, investigates facts, interviews witnesses, gathers evidence, and builds defense strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances from arrest through trial.

Kirk earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law. He earned his B.A. from California State University, California Polytechnic State University. His education supports the research, legal analysis, and courtroom skills required in criminal defense.
