Josh Pipkin

Josh Pipkin is the founder of Pipkin Law Firm in Enterprise, Alabama. His practice primarily focuses on real estate law, including transactions and closings. He assists clients with deeds, lease agreements, mortgages, title bonds, and contract review. The firm also serves as a closing agent for many lenders, helping buyers and sellers complete loan closings and property transactions.

Mr. Pipkin earned a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University in 2006 and received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2009. While in law school, he was named to the Dean’s List and served as a clerk for Circuit Judges Eugene Verin and Jeff Kelley, as well as District Judge B. Paul Sherling. His education supports a practical approach to real estate, financial, and client service matters.

Mr. Pipkin returned to Enterprise after law school and began practicing with Richard W. Whittaker before establishing his own firm. His experience includes service as attorney for the Coffee County Commission, prosecutor for the City of Enterprise, attorney for the Wiregrass Economic Development Corporation, New Brockton’s city attorney, and attorney for the New Brockton Water Board. These roles gave him broad experience with local government, community needs, and legal problem-solving.

Josh Pipkin is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts and the US District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He has served in numerous community and leadership roles, including the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, Wiregrass United Way, the Enterprise Rotary Club, and the Coffee County Strategic Planning Committee. He was named the Pilot Club’s 2012 Enterprise Man of the Year for his community contributions.
