About
Bradley J. Watson is the founding partner of Watson & Watson in Albertville, Alabama. Watson represents clients in criminal law, family law, automobile accidents and personal injury, probate, immigration, civil law, home defect and insect damage cases, general litigation, trials, and appeals. His practice serves individuals and families across North Alabama who need practical guidance in court matters, disputes, and legal challenges that can affect their freedom, finances, and future.
Watson earned bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Alabama. He received his Juris Doctorate from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. During law school, he gained practical experience through internships with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office Violent Crimes Division, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, Legal Services of Alabama, and the Family Violence Clinic. This background supports his courtroom-focused and client-centered practice.
After passing the Alabama State Bar in 2010, Watson returned to his hometown and opened his own law practice, which later became Watson & Watson. In 2013, he was awarded an indigent criminal defense contract for Marshall County and served in that role until October 2017. He has handled more than 3,000 felony and misdemeanor cases and has represented clients in municipal and state courts throughout North Alabama.
Bradley J. Watson combines local knowledge, litigation experience, and broad legal training to help clients address serious legal problems. He is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. His professional involvement includes membership in the Marshall County Bar Association and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, as well as service on the Marshall County Bar Scholarship Committee.
