Jonathan M. Nash

Jonathan M. Nash is a shareholder at Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, P.C., who advises clients in civil and commercial litigation, business law, employment law, family law, and personal injury. He serves clients in Utah and Idaho and works on matters in both state and federal courts. His practice also includes labor and employment law, land use, and municipal law. Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, Idaho, in 2004. He then earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007, graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as a member and editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. This academic training gave him a solid foundation in legal writing, research, and analysis, which continues to support his work for clients in many matters today.

Jonathan served as a judicial clerk to Judge Thomas L. Willmore, Judge Clint S. Judkins, Judge Kevin K. Allen, and Judge Ben H. Hadfield of Utah’s First Judicial District Court before joining Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen. That experience gave him a close view of court process, case strategy, and legal decision-making. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2007 and the Idaho State Bar in 2009. He is also licensed to practice in state and federal courts.
