Jonathan M. Drucker

Jonathan M. Drucker is a partner and co-founder of Florida Trust & Estate Counsel, PLLC in Coral Gables, Florida. With more than thirty years of legal practice, he concentrates on trust and estate litigation, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. He is a Certified County and Circuit Court Mediator and brings decades of trial experience to contested probate and estate matters that proceed through trial or appeal.

Jonathan earned a B.S. in Political Economy from Tulane University and a J.D. from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco, formerly the University of California, Hastings College of Law. His education combines economic and legal analysis, supporting work involving estate assets, fiduciary disputes, probate administration, planning documents, and contested matters where financial interests and legal obligations must be evaluated together.

Jonathan regularly handles trust and estate disputes through trial and appellate phases. His recent trial work includes a nine-day case for a charity that resulted in a multi-million-dollar verdict after a family member improperly altered an estate plan and removed the charity as a beneficiary. He has served as mediator in hundreds of matters, helping parties pursue negotiated resolutions to complex disputes.

Jonathan M. Drucker is admitted in Florida, California, and before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
