Jonathan Grosser is a partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and serves as Vice-Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Cannabis Practice Group. He has over 25 years of experience managing complex real estate and business transactions. His practice focuses on commercial leasing, real estate sales and acquisitions, development, and real estate finance matters. He represents developers, investors, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and regulated businesses, guiding them through high-value and time-sensitive legal matters with practical solutions.

Mr. Grosser earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from Tulane University, where he studied Political Economics. He has represented vertically integrated cannabis companies in land acquisitions, facility development, and dispensary leasing across multiple states.
