H. Kirby Albright is a Shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock Davis Dunlap & Cavanaugh, P.C., serving clients from the firm’s Lansing office. With more than four decades of legal experience, he represents individuals, businesses, and organizations in complex legal matters. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, labor and employment law, civil rights, construction matters, estate and probate litigation, and shareholder and partnership conflicts. Mr. Albright earned his J.D., cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, earning a B.A. His formal legal education provided a strong foundation in litigation, property law, and business-related legal issues, which continue to guide his practice today.

Mr. Albright has handled a wide range of litigation matters, including eminent domain and condemnation cases, real estate conflicts, and employment disputes throughout his career. He has represented both private landowners and large corporate entities, helping clients protect their property rights and financial interests. His experience includes managing complex right-of-way and infrastructure matters across Michigan.

Mr. Albright is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He regularly appears in court on behalf of clients facing high-stakes disputes involving contracts, non-compete agreements, trusts, and estates.
