Jonathan D. Park

Jonathan D. Park is Of Counsel at Pomerantz LLP, based in New York, where he specializes in securities litigation. He has represented clients in high-profile cases involving corporate fraud and financial misconduct, and he continues to pursue complex class actions, including ongoing claims against Twitter related to cybersecurity and user metrics.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College, where he majored in Africana Studies. In 2013, he earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. There, he served on the Moot Court Board, was Editor of the Jessup International Law Competition Team, and was named a Crowley Scholar in International Human Rights.

Jonathan’s litigation experience includes significant class action victories, such as a $19 million settlement in In re Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. Securities Litigation and a $150 million resolution in In re JPMorgan Chase & Co. Securities Litigation. At Pomerantz LLP, he continues to advocate for investors in cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation and corporate malfeasance.

Beyond securities litigation, Jonathan has represented institutional investors in breach of contract matters. He was the lead associate in actions involving early bond redemptions by CoBank and AgriBank, helping plaintiffs win key rulings and ultimately resolve claims confidentially. His understanding of financial instruments and securities law positions him as a formidable advocate for shareholder rights.

Jonathan D. Park is admitted to practice in New York and has been named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
