Jon Voegeli

Jon Voegeli is an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney dedicated to defending the rights of injured workers across Kansas. Since joining Slape & Howard in 2013, he has achieved notable case victories and legislative successes, representing clients with determination and a results-driven approach both in and out of the courtroom.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2004, graduating with honors. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2011, graduating with Dean’s Honors. Licensed in both Kansas and California, Jon brings a broad legal perspective to his workers’ compensation practice.

In addition to his litigation work, Jon is an active legislative advocate through the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. He frequently testifies before legislators, lobbies for stronger workplace protections, and educates other attorneys at the Annual Kansas Workers’ Compensation Seminar.
