Jon E. Abramczyk is a seasoned trial lawyer with deep experience handling high-stakes corporate disputes. His work spans litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, governance issues, and control disputes for Delaware business entities. He frequently advises boards and special committees on complex corporate law matters, including conflict transactions and stockholder actions.
Jon began his academic journey at the University of Pennsylvania, earning both a BA and BS in health care economics in 1982. He then earned his JD, graduating cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 1985, where he served as senior managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Joseph T. Walsh of the Delaware Supreme Court before entering private practice.
Jon’s courtroom experience includes representing major Fortune 500 companies and defending claims involving dissolution challenges, fiduciary duty allegations, and director compensation disputes. His litigation background extends to the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court, where he has handled significant commercial matters.
