John W. Lish

John W. Lish, Esq. is a seasoned attorney serving the Greater Salt Lake area with a practice concentrated in estate planning, business succession, trust creation, probate administration, and real estate consulting. With experience representing Fortune 500 banks and major corporations, he now focuses on providing tailored legal planning for families, individuals, and business owners.

John began his education at Brigham Young University, earning a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Spanish in 1993. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1997. While at Denver, he contributed as an editor and writer for the DU Clarion, further developing skills that enhanced his legal career.

John is admitted to practice in both Utah and Oregon, as well as before the United States District Courts for each state. His professional affiliations include membership in Wealth Counsel, a national network supporting estate planning attorneys.
