John P. McNicholas

John P. McNicholas is a founding partner with more than five decades of experience in high-stakes litigation. He represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, employment disputes, sexual abuse claims, and complex class actions. His trial record includes over 176 jury verdicts and numerous multimillion-dollar outcomes for clients nationwide.

McNicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he later served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. His commitment to legal education and excellence earned him the Loyola Law School Board of Governors Award and honorary membership in the Order of the Coif.
