Tim Brennan has built a respected legal career handling a wide range of matters, including municipal, business, contract, real estate, tort, personal injury, workers’ compensation, debtor-creditor, equine, election, civil rights, administrative, and eminent domain issues. He brings practical insight from years of public service and legal counsel, guiding clients through challenging disputes with clarity and commitment.
Tim began his academic path at Ursinus College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 with a double major in English and Politics and double minors in International Relations and American Studies. He later completed his J.D. at Widener University School of Law in 2003, graduating cum laude, serving on Law Review, and receiving recognition for his published work in redistricting.
Tim gained early experience through two Congressional Internships and later expanded his education through programs at Trinity College in Dublin and Charles University in Prague. These experiences strengthened his understanding of policy and international perspectives, supporting his work in government-related legal matters.
Tim developed his practice through roles with a large defense firm and the Governor’s Office of General Counsel. He went on to serve in multiple solicitor positions, including Assistant Solicitor for Bethlehem and Solicitor for the Northampton County Controller, where he advised on municipal operations, pension funds, and administrative issues.
Tim has written materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in areas such as equine law and redistricting. He has also argued before the Commonwealth Court and shared his knowledge through lectures at the Dickinson School of Law and programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, contributing to professional education statewide.
Tim Brennan continues to apply his broad legal background and public-sector experience to help individuals and organizations address complex legal needs with informed guidance and dependable advocacy.
