Faraz began his academic path at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science. He continued his education at Case Western Reserve School of Law, completing his J.D. while serving as Executive Editor of the Canada-U.S. Law Journal. This foundation shaped his analytical approach and strengthened his ability to manage multifaceted legal matters.
Faraz gained significant litigation experience before entering private practice. As a Special Assistant United States Attorney, he collaborated with leading litigators on a high-profile civil fraud case that resulted in a substantial settlement. His work at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office further expanded his skill in protecting public interests in matters affecting citizen safety and well-being.
Faraz later served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor, where he pursued back wages on behalf of employees. His commitment to safeguarding workers’ rights was reinforced through this role, driving his focus on employment disputes, sexual harassment cases, and crimmigration issues. His recognition includes Avvo Client’s Choice 2017 and his Super Lawyers Rising Star honors for 2020–2021.
