John “Jack” T. Gannon

John “Jack” T. Gannon, Esq. is a senior attorney and managing partner with more than 40 years of legal experience. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate law, real estate transactions, zoning matters, and land use planning. He assists individuals, families, and businesses with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney while also advising clients on residential and commercial real estate matters. Through careful legal planning and practical guidance, he helps clients protect assets, manage property transactions, and navigate complex regulatory requirements.

Jack earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He received his B.S. from Northeastern University. His education provided the legal and analytical foundation for a career focused on estate planning, property law, and municipal legal matters. After completing his legal studies, he began building a practice dedicated to advising individuals and organizations on property rights, estate planning strategies, and land use issues affecting both private and public clients.

Throughout his career, Jack has served in a variety of public and legal leadership roles. He has held positions including Pawtucket City Solicitor, Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Central Falls, and later Central Falls City Solicitor. His work has also included serving as legal counsel for the East Providence Personnel Board, the Rhode Island House of Representatives Labor Committee, and the Cumberland Zoning Board. These roles provided extensive experience in municipal law and government operations.

John “Jack” T. Gannon remains actively involved in the legal and civic community. He has served in leadership positions with community organizations and has contributed to public service initiatives throughout his career. He also serves as the Chief Judge of the Pawtucket Municipal Court.
