David N. Bazar

David N. Bazar is an experienced attorney focusing on trust and estate planning, probate, and elder law matters. His practice also includes personal injury, corporate and business law, and family law litigation. With decades of legal experience, he advises individuals, families, and businesses on legal strategies that protect assets and resolve disputes. Through thoughtful legal planning and strong advocacy, he helps clients navigate complex legal issues involving estates, business matters, and litigation.

David earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review, developing strong legal research and writing skills. He received his B.A. in History from Trinity College. His academic training provided the analytical and communication foundation necessary for a legal career involving litigation, estate planning, and complex legal problem-solving.

Throughout his career, David has been actively involved in the legal profession and public service. He served as President of the Rhode Island Bar Association from 2019 through 2020 and continues to participate in professional organizations such as the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served as a Municipal Court Judge for the Town of East Greenwich and has contributed to the legal community through educational and mentorship programs.

David N. Bazar’s professional work reflects a strong commitment to service and access to justice. He previously received the Pro Bono Publico Award and the Continuing Service Award from the Rhode Island Bar Association for providing legal assistance to individuals who might not otherwise afford representation. In addition, he has served as a mock trial judge and as an arbitrator for the Rhode Island Superior Court’s annexed arbitration program.
