John J. (“JJ”) Loscocco is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. He is a senior attorney at FitzGerald Law Company in Boston, where he continues his long-standing commitment to delivering top-quality immigration legal services. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Barker & Loscocco, PC, where he built a reputation for providing strong legal representation in complex immigration matters. At FitzGerald Law Company, Loscocco brings expanded legal services to a broader range of clients while continuing to focus on personalized and effective legal strategies.
Loscocco received his B.A. in History from Northwestern University in 1983. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1988.
Loscocco was admitted to the Bars of Wisconsin and Massachusetts in 1988. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1990, and to the First Circuit Court of Appeals in 1993. He has successfully handled many cases in these courts, including matters before Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Loscocco’s practice includes family-based and employment-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and removal defense. He also handles appeals for denied petitions and removal orders.
