John J. Loscocco

John J. (“JJ”) Loscocco is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. He is a senior attorney at FitzGerald Law Company in Boston, where he continues his long-standing commitment to delivering top-quality immigration legal services. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Barker & Loscocco, PC, where he built a reputation for providing strong legal representation in complex immigration matters. At FitzGerald Law Company, Loscocco brings expanded legal services to a broader range of clients while continuing to focus on personalized and effective legal strategies.

Loscocco received his B.A. in History from Northwestern University in 1983. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1988.

Loscocco has been a licensed attorney in Wisconsin and Massachusetts since 1988. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1990 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 1993. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented clients in these courts as well as before U.S. Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Loscocco’s practice includes family-based and employment-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and removal defense. He also handles appeals for denied petitions and removal orders. As part of FitzGerald Law Company, his practice has grown to include labor-based immigration, investor and specialty visas, immigration litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury.
