J. Caleb Cassell

J. Caleb Cassell is a dedicated Nashville criminal defense attorney who represents clients facing a wide range of serious charges, including DUI, domestic violence, probation violations, assault, and criminal homicide. He also holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. Prior to private practice, Mr. Cassell gained prosecutorial experience at the Rutherford County District Attorney’s Office, handling complex homicide cases and courtroom proceedings. He later clerked for the Criminal Circuit Court in Rutherford County, focusing on constitutional violations involving the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments.
