John J. Hoke

John J. Hoke is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses on employment law and complex litigation. John earned a B.A. from Siena College in 1998. He later earned a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2003. During law school, he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology, strengthening the legal research and writing skills that continue to support his practice today.

John represents individuals and businesses in cases involving important workplace protections under federal and state law. His work includes matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York State Labor Law.
