John J. Hoke is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses on employment law and complex litigation. John earned a B.A. from Siena College in 1998. He later earned a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2003. During law school, he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology, strengthening the legal research and writing skills that continue to support his practice today.

John represents individuals and businesses in cases involving important workplace protections under federal and state law. His work includes matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York State Labor Law. Throughout his career, he has developed and executed litigation strategies designed to address complex legal issues while protecting client interests.

John has also handled civil rights claims brought under Section 1983 and has represented individuals in disputes involving labor organizations and member rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Labor Management Relations Disclosure Act (LMRDA). In addition, he has successfully defended small businesses facing employee claims and has managed a variety of commercial and personal injury cases. Hoke is admitted to practice in New York State, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
