Katrina L. Raisch

Katrina L. Raisch is a partner at Carney & Appleby Law, focusing her practice on civil litigation and family law. She represents clients in matters involving personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection and defense, guardianships, and conservatorships. Additionally, she handles real estate and business law matters, offering effective solutions for individuals and organizations.

Katrina earned her Juris Doctor, graduating with High Honors, from Drake University Law School in 2015. During law school, she excelled academically and strengthened her skills in legal analysis, writing, and advocacy. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business-Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville in 2011. Her educational background provides her with both legal expertise and financial insight, which benefits her clients across a wide range of cases.

In her family law practice, Katrina guides clients through every stage of divorce and separation, including child custody, child support, spousal support (alimony), adoption, and premarital agreements.
