John began his academic journey at Flagler College, where he earned his B.A. in 2003. His dedication to excellence led him to pursue his J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in 2010. These educational experiences laid the groundwork for his strong courtroom presence and deep understanding of business law.

Throughout his career, John has represented clients before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. His practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, Article 9 sales, creditor and debtor rights, and franchise law. John also provides strategic legal counsel for business succession planning and corporate exit strategies, helping business owners protect their interests and maximize long-term value.
