David Reinherz

David Reinherz brings over 25 years of experience in family and financial law, offering effective legal help to individuals facing difficult life changes. His areas of focus include divorce, bankruptcy, and mediation services that frequently overlap in emotionally charged situations. He approaches every case with care, aiming to reduce conflict and resolve matters smoothly.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1998. This educational path, combined with lifelong exposure to legal practice, prepared him to address complex legal problems with clarity and purpose. His legal work is grounded in both academic training and real-world experience.

Since 1998, David has successfully owned and operated his own practice while also serving as Of Counsel to The Law Office of Victor W. Luke, APLC, and as a divorce mediator for Stanley A. Harmon and Associates. These roles have expanded his understanding of legal issues from multiple perspectives, allowing him to offer clients both legal advocacy and resolution-oriented alternatives.

Recognized for excellence, David has received numerous honors, including AV Rated status from Martindale-Hubbell in both 2013 and 2022, the Clients’ Choice Award from AVVO, and a place among the Top Three by Three Best Rated. These awards reflect the consistent trust and appreciation of his clients and peers in the legal field.
