John A. Milazzo, Jr.

John A. Milazzo Jr. is a partner at Taylor Porter in Baton Rouge who advises clients on banking, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, construction, and business transactions. He represents commercial banks and loan servicers in bankruptcies, loan workouts, foreclosures, lender liability disputes, and regulatory compliance matters. His practice also includes representing owners, contractors, and suppliers in construction disputes and contract preparation, helping clients address financial, operational, and commercial risks.

Milazzo earned his J.D. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2013, where he participated on multiple Moot Court competition teams. He received a B.B.A. from Millsaps College in 2009 and an M.B.A. from the Millsaps College Else School of Management in 2010.
