Jonathan A. Moore

Jonathan A. Moore is a partner at Taylor Porter whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, banking and finance, bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and secured transactions. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in matters involving business agreements, real estate, commercial foreclosures, shareholder disputes, and professional liability claims. Moore also advises financial institutions on creditor-debtor workouts, credit agreements, collateral, and Louisiana security devices.

Moore earned his J.D. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2012 and a B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2005. Before attending law school, he worked in business development for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and previously served as an assistant to the business manager at the LSU Athletic Department. This background supports his practical understanding of business operations, economic development, and complex commercial relationships.
