John A. Messina, Jr.

John A. Messina, Jr. is a highly skilled attorney and head of Messina & Hankin’s Temecula Valley office. With a strong background in real estate and business law, he represents businesses, government agencies, and individuals in civil litigation. His expertise spans corporate finance, real estate transactions, business structuring, and investment law. He also has extensive experience advising clients on the U.S. Government Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5).

Mr. Messina earned his undergraduate degree in Management (with distinction) from the University of Redlands. He later obtained his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and is authorized to practice before all courts in California.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Messina worked as a licensed real estate broker and led a mortgage banking firm in the San Gabriel Valley. His extensive real estate background provides him with a unique perspective when handling legal matters related to property transactions and investments.

At Messina & Hankin, Mr. Messina provides strategic legal representation in contract disputes, land use and zoning matters, business torts, and commercial lease issues. The firm also structures and places international investments throughout California.
