Sonia Gore

Sonia Gore is a skilled business attorney representing companies and individuals in various complex legal matters. Her practice covers business litigation, corporate governance, real estate, and employment law. Sonia earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. She holds a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance, cum laude, from California State University, Long Beach.

Sonia represents clients in disputes involving breach of contract, financial fraud, business torts, construction issues, shareholder rights, unfair business practices, and employment-related claims. She has extensive experience in cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, government investigations, landlord-tenant disputes, and commercial conflicts.

Before joining Structure Law Group, Sonia built strong litigation experience at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office, supporting the prosecution of complex cases. She also developed a broad legal background in real estate law, family law, employment law, and general liability, giving her a well-rounded perspective on diverse legal issues.

Sonia also holds a Certificate in Mediation from Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution. Through Loyola’s Conciliation and Mediation Assistance Clinic, she provided mediation services for landlord-tenant, creditor-debtor, and workplace disputes—demonstrating a strong commitment to resolving cases efficiently through alternative dispute resolution.

Before law school, Sonia worked in the corporate industry as a Finance and Accounts Analyst, which gives her unique insight into business operations and financial matters that impact legal strategy.

Sonia Gore is admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, Sonia serves diverse clients and communities.
