Joel T. Hagen

Joel T. Hagen is Of Counsel and a founding partner of Hagen, Wilka & Archer in Sioux Falls. He focuses on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, and trust administration, and also advises on real estate, general business, corporate law, and contracts. He helps clients prepare wills, living wills, and medical directives, administer estates and trusts, and address property and business matters that often intersect with long-term family planning.

Joel received a B.S. from the University of South Dakota in 1969 and a J.D. from the University of South Dakota in 1975.
